Within the Netherlands we offer free shipping for all orders of €100 and above. Orders below €100 are subject to €4,95 shipping costs. We ship packages once a week with postNL. You will receive a track and trace code when we’ve shipped your order. You will receive your purchase within 7 business days. 

Orders within the rest of Europe are subject to €12,95 shipping fee. Outside of the European Union each order is subject to a shipping fee of €19,95. Please be aware that orders placed for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to additional government duties and fees at the customs authorities of the country of destination. These fees must be paid by the receiver.


At Atelier l’Été, we pride ourselves on delivering high quality gold, silver and gold-filled jewelry, yet if you are for any reason not satisfied with the product you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. Be aware that handmade jewelry items are subject to imperfections due to human craft. 

We do not accept returns outside of the specified timeframe. The item(s) must be in the original condition, with no alterations, damage or additional wear, to be eligible for a refund. All items must be received back with their original packaging. Gift vouchers and resized items are not eligible for return. 

How to return an item?

Email with the following information: 
  • Order number which can be found in your order confirmation email.
  • A clear picture of the product.
  • Reason for return.
Prepare your return parcel including:
  • The original packaging and products.
  • Use the return address received from us per email.
  • Use your preferred parcel service.

Receive your refund

  • Costs and risks of the return are for the customer. After receiving the item you will be notified and we will refund the purchase price into your bank account within 7 days.
  • Unfortunately, we can not offer a refund for any taxes, duties, charges, or shipping fees. Refunds will be done in Euros, at the price paid upon original purchase. 

All returns are the responsibility of the customer. Atelier l’Été cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. To secure the arrival of your return, please wrap your return safely. We always advise using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.
